By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive transactional and promotional messages from Staske Photography Studio. These communications may include appointment reminders, updates, promotions, and other relevant information. You can opt-out of promotional messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes but is not limited to:

5. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

To secure a portrait session or boudoir experience, a non-refundable retainer and a signed contract may be required. Full payment is due as outlined in your specific session agreement.

If you need to reschedule your consultation or session, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your retainer. We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests based on our studio availability.

6. Copyright and Image Usage

All photographs, images, and content produced by Staske Photography Studio remain the exclusive intellectual property of Staske Photography Studio, protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, alter, or use the images for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

By booking a session, you grant us the right to use the resulting images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless a privacy agreement or non-disclosure is explicitly signed prior to your session (especially common for our boudoir experiences).

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at our discretion.
